In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policies for our customers. Please read the following sections to find out more about how we ship products, warranty of products, and other important information.

As a stocking dealer for JetFloat, we try to have as many commonly used items in stock as possible. However, if you have a special request item: we can help you get that too! There will be a longer turn around time on receiving these special order products. But rest assured, we can get them for you!
Please note that Dock Aid reserves the right to amend these policies and product pricing at anytime without notice. Also all small orders under $499 will have a 10% surcharge fee to aid covering business costs. All orders outside of SC state will not have sales tax applied.
Acceptable payment methods: Cash (in person only), Checks, 1% fee for debit cards (in person only), 3 % fee for credit cards and over the phone or computer cards, Zelle (you may have to make multiple payments over multiple days with Zelle due to your personal account daily limits)
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Shipping Jetfloat is not as easy as throwing it in an envelope and away she goes! Each unit has specific dimensions and weights. When you place an order with us we immediately go to work to get you the best shipping rate available. No matter if it is one unit, a single accessory, or a whole truck load. We have you covered!
No orders will be shipped until all products/charges are paid in full.
All orders within 50 miles of our North Charleston Fulfillment center will be shipped for free ($3,000 minimum purchase required).
Pickup available from our fulfilment center with no fee. All pickups must be scheduled walk ins are not accepted.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Products may be returned in their original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt (excluding shipping, and specialty items). No refunds will be issued on used, damaged, or materially different items. The buyer/purchaser is responsible for shipping the products back to our fulfillment center in North Charleston, SC.
